Five crushed to death in highway crash
In a ghastly accident, five persons were killed when the car in which they were travelling was crushed between two trucks that collided head-on near Tekrial village on the National Highway 44, on Wednesday morning.
The entire sequence of events leading to the collision was recorded by the CCTV at the T junction that leads into this town. One of the truck drivers was seriously injured and admitted to the Area Hospital here, while the other fled the scene, the police said.
