Court grants divorce to badminton stars Jwala Gutta, Chetan Anand
The Hyderabad Family Court today granted divorce to badminton star couple Jwala Gutta and Chetan Anand, who had applied for it six months ago.
The couple had been living separately after differences cropped up between them.
The sportstars fell in love during the 1999 Junior Badminton tournament and continued dating till 2005. They got married on July 17, 2005.
Differences cropped up between them thereafter and the efforts of both families to keep them united failed and finally led to legal separation.
