Elvish Yadav Admits to Procuring Snake Venom for Rave Parties: Report
Elvish Yadav, who previously refuted any connection to the snake venom incident, has now admitted to supplying snake venom at parties.
Noida Police apprehended YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 champion Elvish Yadav on Sunday regarding an investigation into the purported utilization of snake venom as a recreational substance at an event. According to police sources cited in a report by NDTV on Monday, Yadav has admitted to orchestrating the presence of snakes and snake venom at rave parties he organized.

According to the report, Elvish Yadav, who initially denied any connection to the snake venom incident, confessed during interrogation that he was acquainted with the other individuals arrested for supplying snake venom last year.
The five individuals, previously apprehended and currently released on bail, were named Rahul (32), Teetunath (45), Jaikaran (50), Narayan (50), and Ravinath (45). They all hail from Moharband village situated in southeast Delhi’s Badarpur area.
Snake venom case
Elvish Yadav, a popular YouTuber and singer originating from Gurugram, rose to prominence following his victory on the Bigg Boss OTT 2 reality show, which was hosted by Salman Khan in 2023.
According to officials familiar with the case, he has been remanded to 14-day judicial custody after being summoned for interrogation at Sector 20 police station on Sunday. Additionally, he faces allegations of incorporating snakes into his video productions. Noida Police stated, “We have gathered significant evidence implicating Elvish Yadav in the distribution of snake venom.”
Elvish and five others were charged on November 3 last year under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and Section 120 B (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code for purportedly supplying snake venom at a party held in Noida’s Sector 51. The incident occurred subsequent to animal welfare activist Gaurav Gupta, affiliated with the NGO People For Animals, lodging a complaint at the Sector 49 police station.
