“Everybody was interested who might succeed Deepak Muglikar who resigned on July 31. We discovered that IAS official Achal Goyal was posted here and the information on her arrangement was distributed in papers. (Ms) Goyal came to Parbhani ahead of time. Yet, on July 31, (Mr) Muglikar was advised by the state government to give up the charge to extra gatherer Rajesh Katkar. This has occurred because of certain government officials which is despicable. This shows that the express government’s cases on ladies strengthening are empty,” Jagrut Nagrik Aghadi president Madhuri Kshirsagar told columnists.
The Aghadi requested intercession by Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, who heads the General Administration Department, in the matter.
“This occurrence has harmed the picture of Parbhani. We request that Chief Minister Thackeray mediate and re-select Achal Goyal as Parbhani gatherer,” Mr Kshirsagar said.
Neighborhood BJP MLA Meghana Bordikar said great officials were never permitted to work in Parbhani by some vested political interests.
“Achal Goyal had arrived at Parbhani with her child who is only a couple months old to assume responsibility. (On account of this occurrence) Good officials will not come to Parbhani. We need an IAS official with the goal that the region can accomplish something great being developed,” she said.
As indicated by Ms Bordikar, some political pioneers were liable for Ms Goyal not being given the charge.
“On the off chance that they didn’t need (Ms) Goyal, they would have met their higher specialists before she was moved to Parbhani. This was done to fulfill the personal responsibility of few pioneers. Parbhani has given such a huge amount to Shiv Sena till now. Their authority should remember that,” the MLA said.
Ms Bordikar said she had addressed state Revenue Minister Balasaheb Thorat.
“I didn’t take an interest in the disturbance yet heads of BJP in Parbhani went along with,” she said.
