Railway Police Rescued The Life Of A 10-Year-Old boy At A Station In The Suburbs Of Mumbai.
The kid, while getting down from a Virar-bound local train, slipped and fell into the hole between the stage and the tracks, the Goverment Railway Police said in a release.
An alert Railway Police Constable saved the existence of a ten-year-old kid who fell on the tracks while landing from a rural train at Vasai Road station, the GRP said on Wednesday.
The incident occurred at around 11.20 am on Tuesday, they said.
The kid, while getting down from a Virar-bound neighborhood train, slipped and fell into the hole between the stage and the tracks, the Goverment Railway Police said in a delivery.
As the train halted, constable AS Thanabeer, who was working at the stage, hurried in and pulled out the kid and took him to a close by clinic, the delivery said.
The quick activity by the cop saved the existence of the kid, who was conceded to the clinic for treatment, it said.
A video of the constable conveying the kid in his arms to the emergency clinic has circulated around the web via web-based media.
Vasai Road is a far off suburb of Mumbai and falls on the rural part of the Western Railway.
