Sanjiv Singh Appointed as IOCL Chief
Sanjiv Singh was appointed as the new Chairman of IOCL (Indian Oil Corporation Limited), the largest commercial enterprise of India.
The appointment was approved by Appointments Committee of Cabinet for a period of 5 years, according to Personnel Ministry.
At present, Singh is the Director of Refineries at the IOCL. He was elected for the position after Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB) interviewed 8 candidates.
According to the order issued, Singh will be assuming charge on or after June 1.
