Congress to Complaint with Election Commission against Prime Minister Narendra Modi
On Monday, Congress said that it will lodge a complaint with the EC against Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his statement during the UP Assembly Elections campaign at Fatehpur rally.
According to ANI, Legal and Human Rights Cell party secretary stated that, Congress will file a complaint with the EC against PM Modi after his deplorable comment during the Fatehpur rally.
Prime Minister Modi had criticized the Samajwadi Party government over its failure to maintain law and order in the state, stating that ‘goonda raj’ was still prevailing and also the Supreme Court had to intervene to get a minister booked in an alleged rape case.
At an election rally in UP, PM Narendra Modi said, “The SC had to intervene to get the FIR registered against Gayatri Prasad Prajapati. ‘Goonda raj’ is prevailing all over UP and police stations have become Samajwadi Party office.”
Yesterday, UP police filed an FIR against the minister in connection with cases of alleged gangrape and attempt to rape to a woman and her minor daughter.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi also stated that, Akhilesh Yadav has lost the glow in his face, his voice has become feeble, he is afraid and while talking to the media he is searching for the right words.
