PM Modi on handling pressure during examination
I encourage parents to maintain a normal demeanor with their children on exam days, as any additional actions may heighten their anxiety. For students concerned about managing stress during exams, the key is to approach the day with a sense of normalcy.
Enter the exam hall with a positive mindset and engage in light-hearted conversations with classmates; this will naturally alleviate stress levels. For example, don’t fret about when you’ll receive your question paper; simply go with the flow.
Another common worry among students is time management. Reviewing the question paper once and strategizing your answers accordingly is the solution. It’s beneficial for students to cultivate a habit of daily writing in their notebooks. Over time, this will enhance writing speed during exams, alleviating pressure. Therefore, I encourage the younger generation to prioritize writing practice. The more you write, the faster you’ll become.
Additionally, don’t let the actions of your peers distract you during exams. Focus on your own performance.
