Punit has worked in films such as ABCD: Any Body Can Dance, ABCD 2, Nawabzaade and Street Dancer 3. He has also performed various dance reality shows as a choreographer, contestant and also a judge. For the unconverted, Punit had won the Khatron Ke Khiladi 9 trophy.
