Dera Chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim, 4 Others Convicted By A Special CBI Court In Murder Case.
Former Dera manager Ranjit Singh was assassinated in 2002 at the Dera Sacha Sauda facility.
The IWC special court in Haryanas Panchkula on Friday convicted Dera Sacha Sauda’s boss, Gurmeet Ram Rahim, and four others in connection with the murder case of former Dera manager Ranjit Singh.
The quantum of the sentence in the matter will be pronounced on October 12.
Ranjit Singh was assassinated in 2002 at the Dera Sacha Sauda facility.
Dera’s boss was sentenced in August 2017 to 20 years in prison in connection with the rape of two of his followers and the murder of a journalist.
