Rahul Gandhi argued with security personnel at Lucknow airport today, where he was surrounded when he refused to be taken to Lakhimpur Kheri in an official car.
“Who are you to organize my transportation? I want to go in my car,” said the congressional leader, accompanied by the chief ministers of Punjab and Chhattisgarh. When prevented from leaving, he sat inside the airport.
“They won’t let me leave the airport. Look at this, what kind of permission is this? Check the UP government permit status. I want to leave the airport but they won’t let me out. Yeh scene dikhao acchhi tarah (show this scene correctly), “said Rahul Gandhi, addressing the media.
