During a net session of the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) franchise of the Indian Premier League (IPL), Kohli was seen doing his best against the ball beings who threw him in different lines and lengths.
The 2021 IPL season has been a good one so far for the RCB skipper, who has so far scored 307 runs in 10 games with a 34.11 average. He has posted three scores out of fifty this season, and 72 are not the highest.
Batting against both spinners and pacemakers, Kohli made a series of shots that covered a full 360 degrees.
At T20, Kohlis’ performances as a starter have helped RCB put together a strong middle order that includes players like AB de Villiers and Glenn Maxwell.
Along with starter Devdutt Padikkal, Kohli has been involved in crucial strong starts for his team this season.
The team balance provided by Kohli is paying dividends with RCB placed up to third place on the 2021 IPL points table at the moment with six wins and four losses.
Kohli played an entry jewel in RCB’s last game against Mumbai Indians (MI), scoring 51 runs in 42 deliveries that paved the way for a remarkable 54-run victory for RCB.
