Himalaya Pride builder Imposed 18% penalty for the late payment on the flat owner Mr. Devendra Singh Chaudhary, On this action Mr. Chaudhary sent a bill of 1 Lac Rs. to builder.
Resident Mr. Devendra Chaudhary was paying his maintenance bills on time so all the facilities builder is providing can continue smoothly but last month maintenance payment was delayed so builder imposed 18% penalty.
In his letter to builder Mr. Devendra Singh Chaudhary said that he has to spend extra money on fuel and extra time because heavy machinery are lying in drive way and the drive way is completely blocked so he has to take extra round of 500 Meters every day while going out to society so he spends 4 Rs. and 7 minutes extra, his one minutes costs 13.80 Rs., Mr. Singh is residing in this society from last 3 years so he asked the builder team to calculate his amount and pay him on urgent basis, Mr. Singh told that after 15th Of August he will charge 50Rs. for his 1 minute.
