The Unemployment Rate Fell To A 4-Month Low Of 6.95% In July.

In March, the country’s unemployment rate was 6.5%; according to data from the Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy (CMIE), it soared to 7.97% in April, and then soared to 11.9% in May. In June, the ratio was 9.17%.
