Raj Kundra, Bollywood entertainer Shilpa Shetty’s husband, has been sent legal custody for 14 days for a situation including creation and dissemination of pornographic movies.
He was arrested on 19 July and this is the third time that his legal custody has been extended.
Two of his bank account have been sealed as the test increases, authorities have said, adding that one of the ledgers had over ₹ 1 crore. His office was looked through last week and specialists have gone over a few messages – connected to the finance manager’s dubious application HotShots – from his mobile and PCs.
Superstars is at the focal point of this test and the police trust it was utilized for streaming pornography.
The application, as per police, was taken out from the Google Play Store for Android telephones and Apple’s App Store, so the denounced “initiated Plan B” and dispatched another application, Bollyfame.
