Punjab Police: Another Madhya Pradesh-Based Illegal Weapons Network Busted.
Four days prior, the Punjab police cracked an unlawful weapons supply network with the arrest of its fundamental provider from Madhya Pradesh’s Barwani region.
Punjab Police on Wednesday professed to have broken another highway module engaged with assembling and supply of unlawful weapons across the state with the arrest of its two individuals from Madhya Pradesh.
The improvement comes only four days after the Kapurthala Police broke an unlawful weapons supply network with the capture of its principle provider from Madhya Pradesh’s Barwani region.
This is the fourth such Madhya Pradesh-based unlawful weapons assembling and supply module busted by the Punjab Police inside the most recent eight months.
Amritsar Rural Police had uncovered two such modules, including one unlawful little arms producing unit in Madhya Pradesh, with the capture of weapon dealers who were providing arms to hoodlums, crooks and revolutionaries in Punjab.
Director General of Police (DGP) Dinkar Gupta said: In a highway activity, a group of State Counter Intelligence, Amritsar arrested Jeevan (19) and Vijay Thakur (25) – both Madhya Pradesh inhabitants.
