A neighbor said: Pravin was arrested from his sister’s home in Palwal in Haryana, where he had escaped in the wake of hacking the student of 11th Class.
“We got a PCR call at 1:30 pm from South Campus police headquarters saying that a young lady had been assaulted with a hatchet. She was conceded to Safdarjung Hospital. Shockingly, she died today. The charged was a stalker and has been gotten,” South-West District Deputy Commissioner of Police Ingit Pratap Singh said on Tuesday.
