Woman claims to be celebrity, creates ruckus at Mumbai airport over ‘poor’ treatment
MUMBAI: A Go Air passenger who shouted and verbally abused the airline ground staff claiming that she was a celebrity and the airline hadn’t given her special treatment was offloaded at Mumbai airport on Thursday morning.
She claimed to be a celebrity and found the airline staffers behavior insulting. She said she was being given a “poor treatment”.The uproar created by the woman surprised and amused the passengers waiting to board the flight. “She just kept on yelling that they had made her carry her bags,” said a passenger.
Finally, with no sign of the passenger calming down, the commander of the flight decided to not allow her to board. The flight left at around 9.50am and the said woman is currently being pacified by the airline staff.A Go Air spokesperson said: “We will try to accommodate her on the next flight to Lucknow. The Captain decided to not allow her onboard.”
