New Delhi: The Winter Session of Parliament began on a stormy note on Thursday with a discussion in the Lok Sabha on the Constitution and its chief architect BR Ambedkar going on a different trajectory. During the discussion at the start of the two-day special sitting on Constitution Day, Home Minister Rajnath Singh termed “secular” the most misused word and Congress chief Sonia Gandhi hit back, accusing the government of deliberately attacking “the principles that inspired the country for decades”.
