Woman accuses AAP leader Kumar Vishwas of molestation, case filed
In an another blow to Aam Aadmi Party, a woman has lodged a molestation case against AAP leader Kumar Vishwas. The case has been filed in a Delhi police station.
Earlier also, AAP leader Kumar Vishwas and his wife were summoned by Delhi Commission for Women after a party volunteer approached it claiming that “false rumours” of his having illicit relationship with her were ruining her reputation and that he should come forward to clarify. She has alleged that Vishwas took no action towards dispelling the “rumours” while Kejriwal did not take note of her complaint.
This is not the first case when an AAP leader has been accused of such charges.
Delhi Police has filed a chargesheet against Aam Aadmi Party MLA from Model Town, Akhilesh Pati Tripathi, and charged him with sections of molestation and physical assault. Tripathi has been accused of manhandling a former BJP MLA’s wife during a scuffle at Adarsh Nagar in December, 2014.
