Some of the complaints pertain to the construction of Maharashtra Sadan in Delhi for which he is alleged to have got a kick back worth crores. Both the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and the BJP had filed PIL’s against Bhujbal in the Bombay High Court.
The Bombay High Court had in May after perusing an ACB report said that there was prima facie case against the former Minister and gave a go ahead to the ACB to file an FIR against him if there was enough material.
