Suneja murder case: Nitin Shah granted bail
NEW DELHI: City Businessman Nitin Shah, charged with hiring underworld don Babloo Srivastava to kill his business rival Lalit Suneja, was on Monday granted interim bail by the Delhi High Court.
A Division Bench of Justice RS Sodhi and Justice PK Bhasin granted bail on the condition that the accused would furnish a bond of Rs one lakh with two securities of like amount.
Shah, along with Babloo Srivastava, was earlier sentenced to life imprisonment by a trial court in Lalit Suneja murder case in the capital.
